We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As HUBUC finds itself in a state of explosive growth, we are now looking for a person who will help us analyze, aggregate, and improve our digital marketing systems and help drive business growth further.
Your responsibility will focus strongly on recognizing black spots in our digital marketing communication, connecting the dots, and coming up with out-of-the-box solutions to increase the leads generation potential of the business through its marketing activities. Responsibilities
- Developing strategic concepts and cross-channel communication experiences
- Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
- Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence across multiple tools
- Creating data-driven analyses and research based on user activity cross-channels
- Deriving insights and providing recommendations regarding the scalability of the business
- Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
- Ensuring quality while adhering to timing and budget
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
- Identify niche advertising channels
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager
- Experience in the development of customer journeys, personas/mindsets, and channel planning
- A data-driven and user-centric way of thinking and working
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases required
- knowledge of other coding languages (R, Python, etc.) is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Segment, Amplitude and Clearbit
- Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
- Sovereignty in the preparation and work delivery
- Very good spoken and written English is required
- Familiarity with web design and HTML
- BSc degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
